As I sit here sipping my coffee this morning with the Today Show playing faintly in the background, I am doing a little reflecting on my business. More specifically, client experience. I love hearing all the "oohs and aaahs" over pictures my clients get back after a shoot. I love when a bride tells me she has never felt more beautiful than she did when I photographed her.
But to me, this just isn't enough. I want more. What can I do to obtain more feedback? I want to know what you really think. What if there was a little something about your session that you were less than impressed with? Would you tell me? After going through a pot of coffee and lots of internet searching, I have come up with a GREAT source to obtain true and accurate feedback from my wedding and portrait client family. I have created an annonymous form for clients to fill out after their wedding or portrait session. I came across Survey Monkey, a free questionnaire website for businesses. This was a great option as I simply created a tab (see above) on my blog. When you click on the tab, a lightbox window pops up allowing you to fill out the form. I know most people (including me) hate filling out surveys, but I have tried to make it as short and sweet as possible. There are only 8 total questions!
Another one of my business resolutions for 2013 is to create a better experience for my clients. I want you to walk away thrilled with your time with me and I want to excede your expectations. Feedback is key to a successful business. I would like to invite you to fill out my short survey. I promise it won't take long! I appreciate you for helping me to better my business and in-turn, better serve YOU!
