One of my business resolutions was to be published in print and online in 2013. I'm excited to say that goal has been reached!
A few weeks ago I submitted this image from Cassidy and Travis' wedding to The Pink Bride for their Cover Contest. I was simply overjoyed to get the phone call saying I was 1 of 5 finalists! I cried!! To even be considered as a finalist was HUGE as there were over 40 photographer entries. The next step was up to the public to vote. It was a tough competition as the other submissions were by very talented photographers with beautiful images. In the end I'm sad to say, we did not make the cover for this issue... but we did come in second!! As a runner up, my sweet clients Cassidy and Travis, get a full page story about their awesome wedding stocked full with LBP images!
I am completely humbled by this experience and grateful for the support of my family, friends, clients and fans who continually voted during the contest. I must say, this is only the beginning and I can't wait to see what God has in store next for my business and my much loved clients. I wouldn't be where I am today without all of you!
