Okay. Where do I even begin with this one? Prepare yourself for image overload! This is probably the longest blog post I've done in a while. But, that's a good thing because that means there were SO many images from Mary and Chris' wedding that I fell in love with! When Mary asked me to be her wedding photographer, my jaw dropped. This Tennessee gal loves visiting Florida beaches and to shoot a wedding in Tampa was an absolute dream!
Something extra special and unique is that Mary's garter was actually handmade out of her Grandfather's old tie.
Mary and Chris were married at First Presbyterian Church in downtown Tampa. We couldn't have asked for prettier weather! With a mix of the warm Florida sun and a cool April breeze blowing through the palm trees, helped to make this wedding day perfect! Shooting Chris and the groomsmen at a park on the University of Tampa campus, made for an ideal backdrop.
They road to the church in style! Mary and her parents were escorted in a vintage 1933 Packard. We stopped traffic as we photographed Mary in the street!
Thanks to my second shooter Jennie, I was able to capture the day without skipping a single detail! After all, it's the details that make each wedding unique. Mary spent so much time planning her wedding, I wanted to be sure to capture the essence of this beautiful Florida wedding.
